What you will do as HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator, your scope will be the hire-to-retire cycle of our employees, handling a wide range of administrative tasks relating to payroll administration and the applicable employment conditions. You will also be the point of contact for questions about our local and global HR policies and procedures. You assist our (international) employees – our customers - and handle enquiries received via our centralised case management system. 

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for: 

  • Accurate, efficient and customer-orientated handling of incoming HR related questions via cases and telephone; 
  • You will handle the daytoday processing of onboarding, offboarding and various contractual and organisational updates within our HR Core system; 
  • Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders such as managers, employees, People Relations Partners/HR business partners and subject matter experts (e.g. Payroll department, Digital Workplace Solutions, Finance); 
  • Contributing to the quality of our service delivery by identifying improvements to our work processes and knowledge articles; 
  • Working effectively and constructively within an international team.

As our new HR Administrator, you will become part of our People Services team. This team is part of the Global Services department and consists of around 32 enthusiastic international colleagues. We support employees through an online platform and via telephone. Our operating model includes a front office, back office, APAC and Projects and Reporting Team. We primarily support the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, India, Philippines and Vietnam. As an energetic and driven team, we work closely together to ensure all administration, questions and requests are completed accurately and on time. We also ensure that annual HR processes are managed professionally and smoothly, so that we can enhance society together. 

What you bring

We are looking for an energetic and driven service professional who enjoys providing highquality support in managing the daily flow of HRrelated questions and data changes.

  • Mbo+/Bachelor’s level of thinking and working, preferably in HRM, MER, Business Studies, or similar.
  • Availability 36–40 hours per week;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of AFAS Profit is an advantage;
  • A team player with a pragmatic and positive ‘cando’ mentality, able to work under pressure.

In het vervolggesprek gaan we dieper in op jou en de functie. Je spreekt meestal andere collega’s dan in het eerste gesprek, zodat je een breed beeld krijgt van je mogelijke nieuwe werkomgeving. Afhankelijk van de functie kunnen we je vragen om een assessment te maken. Soms maakt een derde gesprek ook deel uit van de procedure.
